In a post to the EA Play blog, EA said it was “working to resolve this issue.”
EA said it is working with the customer to help resolve the issue, and it will continue to monitor its customers.
The game’s official Twitter account also confirmed the issue with its account, stating, “EA is working to resolve the problem that affected some of our customers.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we’ll update you as soon as we can.”
While the game was removed from its store, the EA account appears to still be accessible through the EA Gamecenter page.
A quick look at EA’s EA Play store shows that EA Play was added to the game last year.
While the game has not launched on Steam or any other platform, the game’s description says it will soon launch on Xbox Live Arcade.
While the problem appears to be limited to EA Play users, EA says it has worked with the company to resolve it.
EA Play will remain available to download and play on any EA game, including the latest EA games, including Madden NFL 25 and FIFA 18.
